Neil took the first steps on the moon, but without Margaret Hamilton’s quiet technical genius and bad-ass brilliance, it never would’ve happened. She inspired our dry-hopped sour, featuring Azacca and Amarillo hops. It’s a soft yet spicy citrus-forward brew that shines bright. We have lift off.

When the Tempest line was born, we knew we wanted a dry-hopped sour ale. Starting with a base of our golden ale, we add brettanomyces as well as a special house strain to get things started. After maturing in neutral barrels for over 8 months, we have the perfect balance of sour flavor and depth. We finish it off with a healthy dry hop to bring it home when it dances across your palate.
