January’s series will feature movies across the decades!

Game Structure

Weekly Decade Themes:

• Week 1 (1/10): 80s & 90s Movies

• Week 2 (1/17): 2000s Movies

• Each week features 12-15 themes spanning various genres.

Game Duration:

• The game will last approximately 2 hours, including breaks and scoring.

Teams:

• Teams can have up to 8 members.

• Team names are required for scoring purposes.

Gameplay Rules

Theme Clips:

• Sound clips will play for up to 2 minutes.

• Teams must identify the movie title and can earn bonus points for correctly identifying the movie's release year.

Answer Sheets:

• Teams must write their answers on the provided sheets.

• All answers must be legible to earn points.

No Phones or Devices:

• Phones are strictly prohibited during the game.

Additional Features

Intermission Songs:

• Enjoy intermission music to take breaks, grab drinks, or chat without missing game time.

Replays:

• Missed a clip? We’ll replay clips at the end of each round.

Scoring and Prizes

Scoring:

• Each correct movie title earns 2 points.

• Bonus: Earn 1 extra point for correctly guessing the release year.

• Answer sheets will be collected and scored by the host.

Prizes:

• The top-scoring team will win a grand prize and bragging rights as the ultimate movie theme champions!

Tiebreaker

• In the event of a tie, a sudden-death round will feature one theme. The first team to submit the correct answer wins.
