WHAT IS HOP WATER?

We steep natural hops in our pure brewing water to create a non-alcoholic alternative to a beer or cocktail. Hop water has the subtle floral flavor and aroma of fresh hops, but without the bitterness that consumers associate with hoppy beers.

WHAT ARE HOPS?

Hops are the flower of a climbing vine, Humulus Iupulus, which have been used in beer as a source of flavor, bitterness, and as natural preservatives for centuries. Hops contain a variety of aromatic compounds and have natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. We source the hops used in our hop water from small farms in the Pacific northwest.
